BARON from TIME RANGER

Baron from episode 14 of the 2000 series "Timeranger" entitled "Dead Heat". He was one of many criminals from the distant future, brought back and unfrozen in modern times by the Londarz Family, the Mafia style main group of villains. His crime was careless driving that resulted in the death of a pedestrian and was a former friend to the blue member of the Time Rangers, Ayase. In the American version of the show, "Power Rangers Time Force" he was a mutant named Dash, but his story and relationship with the Blue Ranger remained fairly the same.
